Dhini Ardhany, S.H., M.H. yang didampingi oleh Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Umum Dian Mario, S.H., M.H., Kasubsi Pra-Penuntutan Rico Nur Cahyo, S.H., M.H., dan Jaksa Fasilitator Linda Ayu Pralampita, S.H., M.H., melaksanakan kegiatan Pra-Ekspose dan Ekspose Restorative Justice bersama Asisten Tindak Pidana Umum (ASPIDUM) Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Tengah dan Plt. Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di Aula Kejaksaan Negeri Jepara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Kejaksaan Negeri Jepara mengajukan permohonan untuk dihentikannya penuntutan berdasarkan <strong>Keadilan Restoratif (Restorative Justice)<\/strong> atas nama tersangka <strong>Agus Minan Asharuddin alias Didin bin Rukin<\/strong>, yang disangka melanggar <strong>Primair Pasal 310 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan<\/strong>, dan <strong>Subsidair Pasal 310 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"700\" data-src=\"https:\/\/kejari-jepara.kejaksaan.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-15-at-15.20.34.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4011 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/kejari-jepara.kejaksaan.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-15-at-15.20.34.jpeg 900w, https:\/\/kejari-jepara.kejaksaan.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-15-at-15.20.34-300x233.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/kejari-jepara.kejaksaan.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-10-15-at-15.20.34-768x597.jpeg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/700;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan ekspose ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi kebijakan <strong>Restorative Justice<\/strong> yang dicanangkan oleh Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia sebagai wujud penegakan hukum yang berorientasi pada keadilan substantif, dengan mengutamakan pemulihan keadaan, perdamaian, dan kepentingan masyarakat di atas semata-mata pembalasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melalui mekanisme Restorative Justice, penyelesaian perkara dilakukan dengan mempertemukan pihak tersangka dan korban untuk berdamai secara sukarela, disertai tanggung jawab moral dari pelaku, serta pemulihan hubungan sosial di lingkungan masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan tertib.
