Dokumen ini merupakan peta jalan (<i>road map<\/i>) yang menjadi pedoman utama bagi seluruh satuan kerja dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi secara terarah, efektif, dan efisien untuk mencapai visi, misi, serta sasaran strategis yang telah ditetapkan.
